Clean property, amiable staff. Very comfortable building and rooms with spa bath. Comfortable central location, very close to the lovely Kiustendil, easy to find and downtown...
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a central area just a short walk away. This made it convenient to explore the town and visit nearby cafes and supermarkets. the hotel itself looked nice and was comfortable, providing good value for money.
There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the staff's lack of English proficiency was frustrating as they advertised that they could communicate in English.

Lovely garden and terrace, restaurant/bar were a charming touch. The staff never seemed to be available at the front desk, but I guess they were too busy enjoying the hotel facilities themselves!
Who needs air conditioning in a hotel? It's just a luxury we should all do without.

Great Location, within close proximity to train station and affordable restaurant. Spacious and comfortable quiet room with a huge balcony.
Misleading parking information. the street advertised as parking on-site is actually car-free.

We had a great time at this hotel, it was conveniently located near lots of amazing restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and spacious, with a huge balcony that looked out onto beautiful scenery. We were really impressed with the friendly staff who were always on hand to help us with anything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. We also loved the spa bath in our room, it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the area.
The noise from the nearby piano bar, which kept us awake until quite late into the night.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed and a good shower. The location was also convenient, close to important landmarks and attractions. the room was kept clean and tidy during our stay, which was appreciated.
Our overall experience was not great. We didn't like the fact that there were few staff members, and the ones available were not really equipped to deal with clients.
